CradleLog is designed with your privacy as a priority. Your baby's data stays on your device. We don't collect it, we don't store it, and we don't sell it. It's that simple.

1. Information We Collect

We collect no personal data. CradleLog is a local-first application. All data you enter - including feeding logs, diaper changes, sleep records, and any other baby tracking information - is stored exclusively on your device.

We do not have servers that receive or store your baby's data. We cannot access your logs, and we have no way to retrieve them.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• Names, photos, or identifying information about your baby
• Feeding, diaper, or sleep data
• Health or medical information
• Location data
• Contact information
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using your device's native storage capabilities. This means:

• Your data remains under your control at all times
• Deleting the app will delete all associated data from your device
• We recommend using your device's backup features (such as iCloud Backup) if you wish to preserve your data
• Data exported from the app (such as PDF reports) is created and stored locally on your device

4. Third-Party Services

Cradle does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share data with third parties because we do not have access to your data in the first place.

5. Children's Privacy

While CradleLog is designed to help parents track information about their children, the app does not collect or transmit any data about children (or anyone else) to us or any third party. All information remains on the parent's device.

6. Data Security

Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device encryption and passcode/biometric protection. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and using a strong passcode or biometric lock.

7. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can view, modify, export, or delete your data at any time directly within the app or by deleting the app from your device.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
